How do you handle shortages, damages and incorrect paperwork?
Shortages & Quantity Tolerance
For coffee stirrers, a +-3% tolerance is normally acceptable because our quantities are calculated by weight, and weight can vary slightly between production shifts. This tolerance is stated clearly in every quotation and order confirmation.
Damage Control During Production
We make strict controls during mass production, yet an honest 1-3% damage rate may still occur. For wooden cutlery, where cracks or damage of 2-3% are possible, we reduce the rate with automatic machines plus a manual re-check by workers before packing.
Document & Paperwork Handling
For all shipping and customs documents, we send the draft to you for confirmation before issuing the final version, so that errors in paperwork are caught and corrected in advance.
