In an industry chasing “bigger and newer”, Jimmy chose a quieter path — perfecting two machines to the extreme: popcorn makers and shaved ice machines. In 2000 he joined DONLIN Group; in 2006 he founded Sinsion, building an industry-rare dual-category vertical manufacturing system with a corn-matching database, hot-air flow simulation, and 72-hour aging tests.
His team became the trusted engine behind Nostalgia (3M+ units a year) and BRITANIA (10+ countries) — partners who trusted them for 15 years, not because of price, but because nothing goes wrong.

Angela led product teams at a global appliance company for over a decade. But after becoming a mother, she noticed something missing: “We made cooking faster… but did we make gatherings more meaningful?” Friends scrolled phones at dinner; kids were bored at birthday parties.
So she asked one simple question: “What if a machine did not just make food, but brought people together?” That question became KERNEE — four beliefs, one product line: taste made by hand, joy multiplied by sharing, hearts closer when working side by side.
